Penerapan Supply Chain Management Berbasis MTO Pada Perusahaan di Bidang Interior

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem digitalisasi Supply Chain Management (SCM) berbasis strategi Make to Order (MTO) dan metode prediksi Seasonal ARIMA (SARIMA) pada CV, GN. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah belum adanya sistem terintegrasi untuk proses pemesanan, pencatatan stok, dan permintaan bahan ke supplier, sehingga sering terjadi keterlambatan produksi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan metode pengembangan sistem model Waterfall. Sistem ini mencakup fitur pemesanan proyek, perhitungan kebutuhan bahan, monitoring stok, serta integrasi dengan supplier dan modul prediksi permintaan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat meningkatkan efisiensi proses produksi, meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam pengadaan bahan secara lebih terstruktur
