GeoApotek untuk Pemetaan Celah Pasar dan Penentuan Lokasi Strategis Jaringan Apotek Kota Makasar

Ketimpangan distribusi apotek di Kota Makassar menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan fasilitas farmasi belum sepenuhnya sejalan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Beberapa wilayah mengalami konsentrasi apotek yang tinggi, sedangkan wilayah lain masih memiliki keterbatasan akses terhadap layanan farmasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan WebGIS GeoApotek sebagai sistem pemetaan celah pasar dan pendukung penentuan lokasi strategis jaringan apotek. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan data spasial dan nonspasial yang dianalisis melalui pendekatan network analysis, overlay difference, serta pembobotan kriteria menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Pengujian fungsional dilakukan menggunakan black box testing untuk memastikan seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai rancangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa GeoApotek mampu mengidentifikasi distribusi apotek, wilayah yang belum terlayani, dan celah pasar, serta menghasilkan rekomendasi lokasi strategis secara interaktif. Hasil black box testing menunjukkan seluruh fitur berfungsi dengan baik, sedangkan pembobotan AHP menghasilkan nilai konsistensi yang memenuhi kriteria. Kepadatan penduduk dan kedekatan dengan rumah sakit menjadi faktor yang paling berpengaruh dalam penentuan lokasi strategis. Dengan demikian, GeoApotek dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan lokasi jaringan apotek secara lebih objektif dan berbasis data untuk mendukung ekspansi bisnis sekaligus pemerataan akses layanan farmasi
