Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong perubahan besar dalam cara sumber daya dikelola pada sektor jasa, termasuk layanan penulisan dan produksi karya ilmiah. Efisiensi serta ketepatan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan operasional menjadi aspek krusial yang menuntut penggunaan sistem yang terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan efektivitas antara kebijakan replenishment lokal dan terpusat terhadap fill rate (FR) dan total logistic cost (TLC) melalui simulasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) berbasis spreadsheet. Metode penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dengan penyusunan dua skenario eksperimen yang menggunakan parameter operasional yang sama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan terpusat menghasilkan FR lebih tinggi (100%) dibandingkan kebijakan lokal (rata-rata 87%), sementara kebijakan lokal memberikan biaya logistik yang lebih rendah dibandingkan skenario terpusat. Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya trade-off antara efektivitas pemenuhan dan efisiensi biaya. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa model ERP sederhana dapat berfungsi sebagai alat pendukung keputusan yang efektif bagi organisasi jasa berskala kecil dan menengah dalam merumuskan strategi replenishment yang optimal.
